Your idea is pretty good for those who really love music.
I have already given my views on this in music section.
If you ask me personally than I would say "Yes" without any hesitation as I am a big lover of music.
But I don't think It would be a success as old music and ghazals are not so popular now a days.
MTV , V Channel are popular because they only show new songs and new movie promos.
I don't think young generation would like to see Ghazals and Old songs in TV channels.
There may be some exceptions but the ratio would be pretty less.
In that case It would be a great loss to the music channel and I don't think it is at all commercially viable project.
