Usually ejaculation is a term that fits to males.There is nothing like female ejaculation medically.The fluids in the vagina during sexual intercourse when in excess often described as female ejaculation.This happens when she gets orgasm.The timing of orgasm in females varies.

As age advances skin loses its elasticity and tone,which produces wrinkles.To prevent this you should not use cheap cosmetics.You should drink plenty of fluids.Take cellulose rich diets like green leafy vegetables and diets rich in fibre.Protect from sun light.Maintain good health.Avoid stress.

Hand practice or Masturbation wont cause any harm to the penis.There is nothing like loose penis.The penis is flaccid when not erect.If you get sexual desire it gets full erection.Take a good diet and be relaxed.All the best.

Pain during sex is called DYSPARUNIA.It usually occurs due to lack of proper lubrication in the vagina.It can also seen in cases of certain psychological disorder called VAGINISMUS.Do plenty of foreplay and stimulate the erotic zones of female to get enough lubrication.Act gently to avoid fear in some females.If it is still persists consult a GYNAECOLOGIST.

SQUINT as such wont be cured with exercises.They only help to tone up the extra ocular muscles of the eye ball.You better have a checkup with an eye specialist and if needed you may be advised another surgical procedure to correct the left over squint.
