My son fell on a hard beam and made a wound on the forehead. It is swollen and there is some clotted blood in it. Can you please help me to reduce that swollen

You should have a X ray or ct scan of the part to know the extent of wound.If it is normal using anti inflammatory with proteolytic enyme medicines will reduce the swelling,after consulting a doctor.

That type swelling is called a HAEMATOMA.It will get absorbed in due course.You have to use analgesics and serratiopeptidase tablets to reduca the swelling after consulting a doctor.
