Hello Aby,
See ectopic pregnancy means that when fertilisation of sperm and a ovum does take place in a fallopian tube and the development of pregnancy does take place at the same place i.e., in the fallopian tube then we call it as an ECTOPIC PREGNANCY.
Now when you have already gone for one sided salpingectomy.
I wants to clear you that it doesnot happens in all the time. it was just by luck that your pregnancy took place in your fallopian tube so donot fear and go a head for the next.
so Best of Luck!
One thing also let me know that do you have a problem of dry vagina? if not it's ok if yes then please make a question again so that I can suggest you some remedies for it!
and yes don't miss your regular gynaec visit !
