Why are you telling that india doesn't has the baller who can consistently hit the 140 km/hr mark.In cricket not just the speed but also Swing,Spin Accuracy Matters.It's not just that fast bowlers can get wickets,as the highest wicet takers in test Cricket [top2]are spinners.for pace we have Ishant Sharma who has pace and swing.Sreesanth also has good pace & has great Outswingers.
