if your grand father has written a will in your fathers name and their sisters then you can can get ur father share only if you are the only son. if ur father is alive and he wants to sell or give it to somebody else, he can do it. If ur grandfather did not execute any will then u can claim the property leagely.

current account application in banks. you need to fill the application. if u r a sole properitor of the company you can either open the account in ur name or in company name. if it is a patnership concern than u can open in concern name. basic documents required 1) Adreess proof, 2)I D proof, 3)Company registration proof, 4)Telepone bill of company for address proof. in current account they will not pay u interst for ur deposits and aslo check transation charges 4 current account which is different in each banks.
