how can i disable usb port of my laptop & desktop???

To do this goto 'My computer' icon->Right click on it->go to 'Manage'->select 'Device Manager'->in right hand window select 'Universal....controller'->dou ble click or right click to find the option 'disable'.

Does anti-virus software catch every computer virus?

HI,Its not possible for any antivirus to catch all the viruses.But the can catch most of them.If u update ur antivirus then it will serve u better.I sugest u to keep "AVAST 4.8 HOME" anti virus. Its easy to use and doesn't slow down ur P.C.It has a unique "BOOT-SCAN" system that scan all files of ur computer including hidden or password protected.U can get it from "www.avast.com" for free.U also can get its "update" files there. So try it out.I use this&its great.THANX-MAK

u can use "vista inspirat pack 2.0" to give 'xp a vista look.It's easy to use and cool to look.U can get more transform pack in this month "CHIP" magazine.
