U hv answered by yourself while asking un-necessarily. SO i feel -not to answer -reply-what to say-advise-guide etc etc. BUT in case u r poetic,a philosopher OR u wanted to know is it of futile to spend time with a friend from opposite sex ( who u know dont deserve to be yours compatible or matching ones) , my answer is both YES and NO. rather i say-make friendship will all as much u can if they r like minded-open-honest-dedicated-s incere n submissive to the almighty- N exactly know that EVERTHING on earth specially all living beings perish, a fact, reality we dont like to share,or admit .

Well u cant b a graduate straightway b4 u appear and pass ur 10th exam.So is the case in ur Q. NOW if u r serious to b a commissioner ( u cant join commissioner course), why not try to be graduate first ,any stream and appear competative examn ( no percentage required for it)- read read read as much as u can GK mostly dating back to BC to Ubdated info- SAY attempt seriously for IAS ( u can do 1 to 2 yrs coaching for it) - SO if u r little unlucky too- u r sure to b lucky enuv to get a job in ur state civil service and once u r a civil servant in State and once u r in good book of the minister etc etc soon after u r there-say starting from Extra Asst.Commissioner to Addl Deputy Commissioner etc etc to Chief Secretariat,- n what not? Its so simple what u need is a good rapport with Govt.

Descriptive questions carry from 5 marks ( short notes ) ,semi-descriptive from 10 to 15 and normal descriptive for 20 marks. U can collects inputs from regional training centre of the Banks and proceed accordingly, i mean i dont c any reason one should for tuition/ coaching for it

Do regular excercise for 30minutes to 1 hr twice a day-almost same way one does while having sex or anything sorts u feel comfortable but ur heat beats/pumps limit -so much so that u burn calories 1000 to 5000 a day- or say sweating comes out heavily ( say to a 1 litre to 5) and i bet u, u r not impotent.

At this tender age of 5-9, i m in not favour of testing or pressurising young brains.In plain way one can know the IQ of their kids and Parents r the most reliable ones to c his/her IQ level.If a kid is taught to name or write-say 10 various name of fruits or say flowers and if he /she can do it at one go or two ,u know he/she is really talented,IQ level is very high.or check how fast he/she can tell or write counting numbers/riddles/jumping/puzzle games. The parent specially Dad should spend some quality time in playing games -that way KID can develop his/her IQ faster.U cannt guide kids with rough words.They r more demanding than u and they behave smarter also in little later stage-say at 10plus which is a good sign.

A big NO in India or Asia.other world i donno. But how about the idea in India and China to arrest fast growing population explosion by introducing only-- only just for a day or two.Let statistians of these two World decide how much our GDP rates changes.Are not we two countries producing as much populations in 5 or 6 months as that of Australia??

Well Anie -- hv patience immediately after u r born dunt expect miracle or that u hv real master-knowledge after ur Master degrees-- just wait n c ur mens cycles after 45 days from ur micro-gimmicks. Did u ask urself b4 u actually did some commission/ommission that made u think- how come i m pregnant while my hubby was wearing a condom in the operation or he was absnt from duty for one or two years( just a joke dear).
