Kyun ki pichle janam main bhi tu aisa hi tha. Usase pahele ke janam main bhi tu aisa hi tha. Aur yadi is janam main tu ache karam nahin karaga to anevale janam main bhi tu aisa hi banega, dost !

I think you are asking about the TIDES in sea. Well the tides in sea is cauesed due to Moon. The effect of tide is felt near the shore. Water floods the shore line twice in 24 hrs and goes away from shore twice in 24hrs that means there are two set of flooding and receding of sea water. The timing of flooding and receding is fixed upon the Moon ie it depend on "Tithi". Poonam (Full Moon ) will have more water flooding the shore line.
