Hi All. I have a small problem. I feel very sleepy in meetings, training sessions,conferencing etc and start yawning badly. Please tell me how toa avoid this?

sleep atleast 9 hours in nite and get up before the sun rise.

A human being having lots of own dreams, likes and dislikes. If the guy or a gal fails to achieve their dreams they get a depression mind. Another thing is society, ya it has won rule we are doing something for society that is we wearing mask and we wipe out our won feelings that time also they get depressed mind. To avoid this pray god he will mange you.

no need to keeping diet but you should do work hard or exercise more than your eaten calories. with in 3 month you can reduce your 4kg weight.

after complete your supper sleep quikly dont do any more work. do less work eat more calories. take snooze in the after noon.

Hey, this is just simple take fruits and non fatty items. Does abdomen exercise like..
1. site plane floor
2. elaborate your two legs maximum
3. touch your left leg toe using your right hand
4. touch your right leg toe using your left hand
5. repeat this 25 time your waist and belly get pressure
6. and also your urinates hole get pressure so that do this exercise after complete every thing or you may get sex feeling.

Don’t take coffee in the early morning. After brushing drink egg with milk shake daily and take as usual of your food habit. If you are a vegetarian eat 100gm butter every day and drink half litter milk.

Get up early morning before to sun rise and then take bath using normal water. Go out and take long breath with full oxygen. Try this every day you can see a difference a day itself .

I think you are a tensed behavior so, you should control yourself, second thing you may not well-known in that work if you feel like this please find another job… think cool work cool result should be a great.

First point I don’t know your age
For the common hair fall your water may be a salt or you are in polluted area more than this heredity so find the reason and take medicine.
Some of minerals may missing take vitamin E eveion tablets
