No ,You Can not Give Direct TY exam, But there is a way to do degree without HSC, You Should have go to IGNOU, You have to do a Six Month Program called BPP and after that you can get admission in a degree in IGNOU

No there is no deductions...there will be addtion of intrest on the same.... but it will take time about 6 -7 month after you start process of the same..and you can start after getting your Full & final payment from the last compny

in any loan..there is no payment to be made in favour of DSA...If Bank Ask some charges than ok...for every single rupee payment to bank..bank will give you a Recipt..... if you pay.than ask for bank recipt

enable to pay emi? how many Emi's u dont have paid? bank can present your cheque...nothing legal can do before presentation of cheque...you just meet directly to Collection authories,Higher level managers of the bank ,,and promise them your payment, i think they will understand ..after that if bank presents the cheque...you can hire an advocate..genrally bank wont do this...if you promise to pay..
