hi.. do one thing... first, charge the battery full
back up your phone memory..
go to memory card, then option & select back up phone memory..
after back up close all application and press *#7370#
u will get option for format phone...press yes..
wait for 2-3 min..

phone will restart after few min...

then go to contact & select option - restore contact.
