Is govt (state or central) contribute equal amount to EPF as the amount deducted from employees salary? I think Govt contributes equal amount. Pls Clear it.?

it depends,if it is against the militants than like pota,if our internal conflicts than IPC is sufficient,if someone applies it seriously.otherwise it had applied more on innocent and for whom it has been made doesn't apply.

no, not at all. gazzetted officer is a officer notified from the govt.,CA are not notified and also they are not govt. officials.

hi,varun's political future is bright because he is in BJP .He will prove himself as a politician than gets his right seat not rahul gandhi he did nothing but all old congress person are on the foot. why manmohan singh takes all decion after consulting sonia.but in BJP there are democracy.and varun will get more experiance for all type of work related to politics.so i feel future is very bright and i like his attitude.if he come to my consituancy for election i will work for him.

not at all now.because for handling india which is such a big country.(some country are likely to our city size),we need a mature politician who can handle all type of pressure,he needs some experiance,when we saw our good companies,their GM are matured person,when we go to doctor we need a experienced doctor ,but when we talk to our national PM we say rahul ,why.only member of gandhi family is not a required qualification for becoming Indian PM.if it is why we are going to poll everytime for wastage of money and time.make a simple change in constitution for PM seat reserved to Gandhi Family.sorry riti but i feel that.

mercy petition moves by a paerson to the President of india when he/she got death sentence by supreme court and bail automatically cancelled.accused has to surrender immediately in the court.
