Recipe of pani puri ?

Panipuri is also known as golgappa.It is a very popular snack which is served as chaat .
Recipe of panipuri:
To make puri:
1 cup Semolina (Rava / Suji)
3 tblsp Fine Wheat Flour (Maida)
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Oil to deep fry
To make pani:
1/2 cup Tamarind (Imli) Pulp
2 cups Water
2 tblsp roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
2 tblsp un-roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera)
Coriander Leaves
3 Green Chilly (Hari Mirch)
2 tblsp Mint Leaves (Pudina Leaves) Chutney
1 tblsp Black Salt (kala namak )
2 tblsp Jaggary (Gur)
To make pani:
Measure all ingredients.
Adjust spices and tangyness to taste.
Strain through a wire strainer to remove any rough bits.
To make puri:
Mix sooji, maida, baking soda, salt and enough water to knead a soft dough.
Stand covered with wet cloth for 15-20 minutes.
Make small sized balls.
With the help of some dry maida or sooji, roll into thin rounds.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry puris till very light brown and crisp.
Drain in a paper towel for a while to dry out the oil.
Store in an airtight container when cool.

Palak paneer is a nutritious dish which is prepared by using spinach and paneer.Spinach is rich in iron ,paneer is a milk product and rich in calcium.
Recipe of palak paneer:
2 bunches of spinach (fresh and cleaned)
100 gms paneer
1 onion
3 tablespoons of pure ghee
3 to 4 bay leaves
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon rasted cumin powder
¾ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
½ teaspoon green chili paste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Method:
Mix the ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste and some water with spinach.
Put the mixture in a pressure cooker, steaming it for about 7-8 minutes
Blend the mixture in a blender to make an even thick spinach paste.
Cut the paneer into small cubes.
In a cooking pan heat the butter add the chopped onion.
Add salt ,little sugar and rasted cumin powder .
Add the paneer cubes and cooked spinach.
Serve hot with chapati,paratha,rice.

HOW TO MAKE SHAHI PANEER?

Shahi paneer is a rich ,expensive paneer dish which is liked by vegetarians alot.
Ingredients:
Paneer 200 grams
Medium onions 2
Ginger an inch
Garlic 3-4 pieces
Green chillies 2
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
Turmeric Powder 3/4 tsp.
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp.
Cream 3-4 tbsp.
Dry fruits (cashew nuts, raisins, makhane) 1/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil 8-10 tbsp.
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan/kadhai.
2. Cut paneer into small cubes. Fry over medium heat until light brown. Turn pieces while frying. Be very careful as it splatters.
3. Keep the paneer pieces aside.
4. Saute the dry fruits in a tbsp. of oil.
5. Grind onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli in a blender and make a fine paste.
6. Fry the mixture in the remaining oil until golden brown and oil starts separating.
7. Add salt, red chilli powder, white pepper, turmeric powder, garam masala. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
8. Add milk to make the gravy. Bring the gravy to boil. Reduce the heat and cook until the gravy becomes thick.
9. Put a portion of the dry fruits in the gravy while it is being cooked. This adds flavour to the dish. Keep the rest of dry fruits for decorating.
10. Finally add paneer pieces and 1 tbsp cream. Heat for 5 minutes.
Shahi paneer is ready to serve. Decorate with cream and dry fruits and Coriander leaves .

Masala papad is served as starter along with drinks before the maincourse.It is very quick ,easy to make and delicious as well.
Recipe:Ingredients
8 pappad (Any of your choice moong dal,urd dal etc.)
3onions, chopped
1 fresh green chili pepper, chopped
one bowl of finely chopped cilantro
4 chopped tomatoes
one tea spoon of chaat masala
1/2 tea sp. of salt
Method:
1Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the papads.
2Roast the papads on high flame, turning each side.
3Be careful not to burn them up.
4On each roasted papad, spread the fresh masala.
5Serve as starters with drinks before the main course.

Paneer butter masala is very popular amongst vegetarian.It is a rich dish which is served as a main course with chappati,naan,paratha.Paneer butter masala is northindian cuisine.
recipe of paneer butter masala:250 gms Paneer How to make paneer
200 gms Fresh Cream
200 gms Tomato Puree
2-3 tblsp Butter
2 tblsp Fenugreek leaves (dried kasuri methi)
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
2-3 Green Chillies
Salt as per taste
Metod:
Melt the butter in a pan, add slit green chillies, tomato puree, kasuri methi, salt, red chilli powder and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add the cream and garam masala powder and cook further for 2-3 minutes.
Add the paneer pieces and cook for a minute. Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with paratha,chapati,naan.

Rajma Rasmisa is prepared with Rajmah,tomato puree ,ginger garlic paste and spices.It is popularly cooked in Delhi,jammu,punjab.
Recipe of Rajmah Rasmisa:
Ingredients:




rajma (kidney beans)- 200 gms
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
onions ( pyaj) (medium-sized and chopped ) - 3 nos.
fresh tomato (tamatar) puree - 1 cup
ginger (adrak) paste - 1 tblsp
green chillies (chopped)- 3-4 nos.
cumin seeds powder (jeera powder) - 1 tsp
coriander powder (dhania powder) - 1/2 tsp
red chilli (lal mirch) powder -1 tsp
salt (namak) - to taste
oil (tel) - 2 tblsp
curd (dahi) - 1/4 cup
green coriander leaves (dhania patta) (chopped)- 2 tblsp

Method: wash and soak the rajma overnight.
Boil the soaked rajma till well cooked.
Heat oil, add cumin seeds.
When it crackles, add chopped onions.
Saute it till light golden brown in colour.
Add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté it.
Add the tomato puree and sauté it.
Now add the green chillies, cumin seeds powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, curd and salt.
Cook the masala for 5-6 minutes.
Add the rajma, mix it well and add half a cup of water.
Cook it for another 15- 20 minutes.
Garnish with green coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice .

Osteoporosis is described as decrease in the calcium level from bones in the body leading to extremely porous bones.Bone density decreases in women after menopause and they are prone to fractufres if fall down.Even old people are subjected to low calcium level in the bones hence subjected to osteoporosis.One must increase the intake of calcium in their diet to reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
Intake of milk ,milk poducts,nuts,rajamh,chola etc.must be inluded along with calcium supplement to reduce calcium intake.
