it will be always clearly mentioned as to what the health insurance covers and where all u can avail the benefit.. so go through the papers carefully.. for eg: most insurances in India don't cover the cost of cosmetic surgeries... so decide as to what u need and then go ahead... the companies will deliver what they have promised...

HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY MEMORY POWER

Asked by SATYANARAYAN in Personal Health at   3:19 PM on February 21, 2008

anisha's Answer

there are many ways of increasing the short term memory like the chain technique, association technique etc.. but all these help to increase the short term memory and are not recommended for study purposes.. they are meant to demonstrate the memory power...

the ideal way of increasing the memory is better understanding of the topic and repeated reading and revisions as and when needed... group discussions help a great deal...

don't worry about the results but always make sure to choose the right path...

WHY GIRLS ARE NOT BELIEVING THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE REALLY LOVES THEM AND WANTS TO MARRY THEM INSTEAD OF THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE LOVING THEM FOR TIME PASS?

Asked by kmahi2006 in Personal Health at   7:56 PM on February 21, 2008

anisha's Answer

the perception of the lady is more important rather than the actual facts.. a person who really loves her can make her feel uncomfortable by his love or possessiveness or care... but a person who is with her just for time pass makes sure that she always feels good... so it is not just enough to love but also one should express it in the right way and in a way that she likes...

actually i always feel stress, how can reduce it?

Asked by ravinder in Personal Health at   11:38 AM on February 14, 2008

anisha's Answer

you are not alone ravinder... there are many like you who are suffering in wraths of stress... stress is a contribution of the modern lifestyle.. so to reduce it you need a few lifestyle modifications and a change in your perception of world around you... enjoy the work you do and stop worrying about the outcome or result... discharge your duties in the best possible way and it your own pace.. compete with yourself and not others... try to laugh at the problems, this not only relaxes the mind, but also helps you to think of a solution rather than mourning over the problem... meditation is very good way to reduce the stress... always make sure to take out enough time for your dear ones and for your own health... lead a bindaas life...

hi friends can any body tell me how can i reduce some pimple in my face and also how to avoid those deep marks

Asked by juzer iqbal in Personal Health at   7:12 PM on February 21, 2008

anisha's Answer

acne (pimple) is due to excess oil production and the obstruction of the oil producing glands (sebaceous glands).. so treat acne the most important step is regular face wash with soap and water at least five times a day.. also don't use the oil based make up preparations like fair and lovely... if u have excess oil use Retino A cream at bed time..

regarding the marks- normally acne doesn't cause any permanent marks... the marks mainly when one squeezes the acne, which causes a scar on the face.. so it is a rule not to squeeze the pimples...

my baby girl is 12 month old. How to take care ?

Asked by Abhishek in Personal Health at   7:56 PM on February 21, 2008

anisha's Answer

by this age she would be able to walk around holding to furnitures and would put anything into the mouth... so it is very necessary to keep away the sharp objects and poisonous substances...

it is also the age where the it is better to introduce the child to different kinds of food.. as the child starts developing liking and disliking by now.. if she is not exposed to certain kinds of food now, then it is unlikely that she uses them in future...

also a stimulating environment is important for optimal growth.. remember that child is not a miniature adult.. it doesn't know as to what is right and what's wrong.. so it's ur responsibility to lead her rather than criticizing and scolding her at her every move..

also make sure of the spacing of the second child.. use contraceptives for another 2 years, so that ur child will receive all the due attention...

nothing is more than a caring heart... enjoy the parenthood..
