to loose weight there has to be a negative energy balance that is u have to consume less calories than u spend... so as to achieve this follow the following measures:
1. increase the intake of the fruits and vegetables while limiting those of the cereals and pulses.. vegetables are less energy dense and are safe even in large quantities... reduce the consumption of milk and milk products and banana which are energy dense foods..
2. chew the food as many times as possible this reduces your food consumption by helping u to reach the satiety early...
3. "no fasting no feasting" is a golden rule...
4. do regular aerobic exercise
5. better avoid weight lifting exercise
6. the walking, sit ups and stretching exercises help a great deal...
these measures would help u to loose weight if u follow them regularly...
