How to minimise our ego problem for I myself am a sufferer. Your advice please.

If you are down to earth, you will never have this problem. Hitler killed Jews, Babur killed Lodhis, Saddam killed Kuwaitis, Halaku Khan killed Kuhrasanis, Osama killed Americans, Bush killed Afghanis & Iraqis. Akbar graved Anarkali, Brutus killed Julius Caeser etc. etc.. All this happened because of "EGO". Give the people their right to live, speak and react as they want. Respond to them politely equipped with acceptable arguments.

Thum thakalluf ko bhi ikhlas samajhthay ho Faraz; Dost hotha nahi her haath milanay wala - Those people who shake hands with you are not necessarily to be your friends. Therefore, a friend should not put you in trouble or depression. People who are working around you are your colleagues, and one should be careful about them as they could create trouble for you, if you are an outstanding figure. So don't share any personal or secret information with them. Be serious with your work but at the same time try to create good environment at the working place, try to understand your colleagues, and try to work as a team for the better of your institution, nation, country, and the entire world. Depression comes only by injustice; and the wise people know how to tackle it.
