Yes my Dear. Its done by some specific excercises.
Sitting on ground, Legs stretched & Hold a firm pillow btween the knees. Press them together & hold 15 sec. IF THIS RELIEVES / DOES NOT INCREASE THE PAIN, do this ten times a a time, 4 times a day. Then change Position, bringing knees up a few inches & repeat. Find 4-5 Positions where you being knees more n more up & REPEAT FOR EACH Position.
Same Positions.... THIS TIME, tie the knees together & try sepersting by its own power.IF THIS RELIEVES / DOES NOT INCREASE THE PAIN, do this ten times a a time, 4 times a day. Then change Position, bringing knees up a few inches & repeat. Find 4-5 Positions where you being knees more n more up & REPEAT FOR EACH Position.
