1. Chartered Accountancy Course is a professional course in Accounting introduced in our country in 1949, with the enactment of the Chartered Accountants Act. A Chartered accountant is one who is specialised in accounting, auditing and taxation. He also serves as a management and corporate caretaker. In recent times, accountancy has become popular as a profession. The services of a CA is required in money matters even in a small business . Moreover according to the Company Act only CA's in professional practice are allowed to be appointed as auditors of companies in India. A chartered accountant is a person who is accepted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) after having passed the Final examination of the Chartered accountancy course conducted by the institute.
2. Company Secretary is a senior position in a private company or public organisation, normally in the form of a managerial position or above. In the United States it is known as a Corporate Secretary.
3. Bachelor of Computer Application ( B.C.A ) is a new age educational course in the field of computer applications. This course ( programme ) is of three years duration. The successful completion of this course leads to bachelor's degree in computer application. Students after B.C.A can opt for post graduate course of M.C.A.
4. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) is a bachelor's degree in business studies.BBA programs expose students to a variety of subjects: accounting, business law and ethics, economics, finance, management information systems, marketing, operations management, organizational behavior and management, mathematics, statistics, and strategy.
