Abhinav has already win the Gold medal for India ? Is he completing in other competitions i.e. 50 metre or 100 metre riffle shooting ?

Asked by satinder in Cricket & Other Sports at   5:48 PM on August 11, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

No, he has already come back and he is not taking any further part in any upcoming event in Olympics. It is over for him but he has made us proud by winning the Gold for us. A great milestone and achievment for a country like India where hardly any emphasis is given on Olympics. What Bindra has achieved is because of his own efforts and the backing of his family as he is from a rich family. Anyways, he has made us proud and it was great to hear Indian National Anthem in Olympics.

Who is the villain of the India's test defeat against Sri Lanka ? Mendis or Indian Batsmen or wicket keeper or bowlers ?

Asked by satinder in Cricket & Other Sports at   5:58 PM on August 11, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

Indian batsman , specially senior pros, are the villains who are responsible for the Test defeat in Australia. Senior players failed throughout the series making things very difficult for them as well the bowlers. Tendulkar and Ganguly were the biggest failures. They played some stupid cricket and there was some fear of Mendis also. Dravid played well in the last innings apart from that he was very ordinary. Laxman did well in patches but he did not had any significant score that can make some impact on the series. On the other hand, Sri Lankan senior batters performed and that's why they were the Series winner.

whose team will win the next ipl?

Asked by Mahendra Pr in Cricket & Other Sports at   1:42 PM on August 12, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

Very difficult to say as of now because the IPL window will get open where there will be transfer of many players from one club to another. Some team will also have new players and all this will add to the excitement. Contest between the clubs would be more intense. My favourite was Rajasthan Royals and they are still my favourites whatever happens. other teams will also come hard and a lot would on stake.

IS it the time to change captain of indias test team also?

Asked by Amit Das in Cricket & Other Sports at   12:12 PM on August 12, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

No, i dont think so that changing the Captain of the team is any kind of solution because team has failed due to the poor performance of our batters and not bowlers. Kumble has done well for India and removing him will not solve any problem infact it will aggravate and that will put more pressure on Dhoni. So i think Kumble should continue as he has done well so far.

Should India (having more then 1 Arab people) participate in Olympics with hope of winning only 1 - 2 gold?

Asked by Nitin in Cricket & Other Sports at   1:47 PM on August 12, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

Winning a single Gold medal is huge for India because Olympic facilities and standards in India are so poor that you dont know. Its very sad that this is the condition. Olympic players never gets a recognition because there are hardlt anyone in India who cares about Olympics. If we can win one bronze in a Olympic, that is also very big for us. Yesterday i read in teh newspaper that Bindra has won this medal with the backing of his family who financed him for everything and that says it for all. Our Olympic winning players are dying of poverty and there is hardly anyone who comes for help.

do you think india will able to handle Mendis in oneday series starting from 18?

Asked by naveen in Cricket & Other Sports at   6:57 PM on August 15, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

It was very difficult for the indian senior players to handle Mendis in the recently concluded Test series. He was handful for them. Now Indian young brigade will take on him. He is a very nippy kind of bowler and has handful of variations that's why nobody has been able to read him. Indian junior players have already played him in the Asia Cup and Mendis destroyed them in the Final so i dont think so that anybody apart from Sehwag and Gautam will read hi properly. Lets see what happens !!!!!!!!!!!!

If Tendulkar Retires Now What Will Be Future Of Indian Cricket?

Asked by Nimesh Patel in Cricket & Other Sports at   12:47 PM on August 13, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

Dont worry man, India has the population of 110 crore and we will another Sachin in the coming future. Dont worry about it. I know its very difficult to find another Sachin because there is no match for him.He is just too good. But if we cant get Sachin at least we can make one Sachin. Indian future when it comes to Cricket is not blink at all. We have to make some players and give some younger players more chance to perform on the World stage. That's the only, a player can be built.

do you think that all the old players like sachin, saurav and dravid should remain in the team india or should they take retirement from the team........???

Asked by sameer in Cricket & Other Sports at   7:08 PM on August 13, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

I think that Sachin and Ganguly should make way for younger players when it comes to Test. Saurav should retire from all forms of the game. He is completely looking out of sorts and i dont think so he is now that good.As far as Sachin is concern, he should continue playing ODI and retire from Test. Dravid deserves another because he is one heck of a Test player and i dont think so that he is in bad form at all. He played very well in the last innings of the final Test and that shows he has in him and he can play.

who is the next star of indian cricket team?

Asked by Mahendra Pr in Cricket & Other Sports at   10:31 PM on August 13, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

Well, it seems that Gautam Gambhir is looking like the next star of Indian Cricket team. He is in very good form and looking in a very good touch. After making his comeback into the 20-20 he has been fantastic. Till than he has done well for Indian. I think he is the next star of Indian Cricket team if he can keep his form going. A player in good for should take advantage of that and make the most of it and that exactly what Gautam is doing.

will india be qulifying for fifa?

Asked by Mahendra Pr in Cricket & Other Sports at   10:47 PM on August 12, 2008

Hussaine's Answer

No, at least for the next 25 to 30 years India does not have any chance of qualifying for the FIFA World Cup. Our football are very poor and there are hardly any good players in our team. Of course there are two or three but a team comprises of 11 good players and not 2 or 3. Facilities are also very bad and the standard of football is also very average. Ground facilities and other facilities for the players are also very mediocre. This are the reasons that adds to misery and that's very sad.
