failure is definately a stone for sure. now is it a stepping stone or stone which step at u...it depends on individual, how does an individual takes it. FIRSTLY FAILURE ,is an individual parameter...it mat vary from individual,second rank holder failed to get first rank..and person just pssing is happy that he is in next grade..si its us who set our 'failinf standard'.NOW to explain, failure happens to you bcaz sumwhere u made a mistake. mistake BY SKILL,KNOWLEDGE,EXPERIENCE,TIMING,P UBLIC RELATION ETC....u did not do something which person who beated u did.(definately exceptions r there ...person getting 99 out of hundred and other 98....its just luck...luck executes a small share in sucess nd failure). there r very few people who can agree to the fact that they faled bcaz they went wrong in some field...no one agree that it was his 'mis judgment' or 'inexperience' which caused failure, that why in this world 'luck'is blamed for almost all failures. so a person who analyse & understand reasons to failure ....takes it as stepping stone to success ..and one who blames it on luck..failure act as a stone steeping on him for rest of his life..or untill when he gets a good guidance, motivation etc.
