how to organise a registered marriage and what are the formalities, including documentation and place. is it tis hazari courts. please advise. thanx

Though you see in the movies that people run away & get married in a day or two, it is wrong. As far as to my knowledge, the would be couple, have put up a notice in the local tasildar, palike, or aother such office a month in advance. They ahould also have at least two adult witness & proof of age. Minimum of 18 for the girl & 21 for the boy.

can any employer remove a person from his job on the basis that he is HIV infected and will spread this disease, or co workers are not ready to work with him ?

The employer has to take measures to educate his employees on this matter. He/She cannot simply remove the person from the job. It is really ironic to note that well educated people also discriminate HIV+ people. They should be the people to spread the knowledge, not act like illiterates.
