Look Ricky...correspondence MBA will alwaz help u wen u wil b 5 yrs experinced or so for the designation of project manager. MBA will definately teach u skills and will give u edge over ur colleagues, But jst dnt think dat corespondence MBA wil earn u job if u r fresher.
Ya for the experience one, it will alwaz work.

my in-laws have got some old shares. they do not have any demat account or pan no. how they can sell the shares?

Not a problem.
You can open demat and trading a/c on the names of person who are holding share certificates and then they have to submit those certificates with filling one 2-3 pages form for request to dematerialize those shares to the broker from which you are having demat a/c.
It will take 20 - 30 days.
Do remember to have xerox copy of all ur certificates and documents.
