when I face a problem and if I know theremedy of the particular problem i dont worry. when I face a problem and if I dont know the remedy of the problem again I dont worry because nothing can be much done about the problem.

generally when a young male is not allowed to have a physical relationship with a girl in his young age which is pretty commonly seen criteria in our society.when a person grow old he seems to express his innermost desire of his young age which is proven crime in the society when he was young.thus his suppressed feelings of his younger age bursts out when an opportunity arises to him thuse he behaves madly with young women.

when you abuse the boy if it has to be a decent one you can say like idot ,rascal, nonsense stupid etc.,if the language goes a little too filthy you can use dirty pig, irresponsible idior etc.,

it is very simple that when a person does a foregery of submitting other person's certicicates how long can he continue to do the job when he is unskilled.furtherly you have to keep a valuable evidence which can legally speak on behalf of the situation and never put him into justice but you can warn him never to repeat the same.

general mentality of rich people lies that they are superior because only the fund that is released from their pocket to the poor,who works in their supervision.hence they have the mentality that they are superior creatures eventhough they are good for nothing.

though he possessed un intentionally it was judged as crime only into the eyes of law and justice so even if he confessed, he should be punished atleast to the minimum extent.
