You can take it for some time. dont make it a habit of this. instead of this you have lots of water, have a anjeer dry fruit socked in water every day & fiber rich food can be taken.

Crush 2 pods of garlic and boil a glass of milk. After which add this garlic to it boil it for a mint & put off the fire add a pinch of haldi. It is very good for health.

Take a glass of hot milk & 1 spoon of honey in the night before going to sleep. Do some yoga in the morning, start some nice hobby's, meet good friends, listen to music which you like. All these will make you feel better.
