after that 3 answer you can part your week in three step
1st for chest and trysep Mon. and thu.
2nd solder and bysep tue. and fri.
3rd scots (front and back) wed. and sat.
rules: light weight but more repetition is good idea to make fast body builup but right movement is must (under gaidence)
