For Birh proof your school leaving certificate is considerable for getting the pass port. If you dont have get the panchayat dhakhala (certificate) from your villager where you born.

You can give your 10th standart marksheet (in which your DOB is specified) as proof of birth. Otherwise you can take an affidavit and submit.

khan check in u r nearest MRO office or municipal corporation office and apply for date of birth certificate ....if u have no birth certficate then check in giving ration card ...pan card or else driving license etc
