Why is your co. not taking you back...? You do communication in writing and still if they are not taking back....go for legal procedure.

i dnt thk u hav to join same company becz if one time u lose ur repo so i dnt thk u will get same repo wid ur staff i suggection is worked wid some other company which u can earn more thn ths current compny

well dont worry u will be taken back...first examine ur conscience ....have u done anythin wrong on ur part ..to be checked out ....like being rude,arrogant,proud ,lieing,snobbish at work ,,see my freind in life talent or hard work does not count.....u should always have a good spirit in u....its ur good spirit that has given u that job first and u should thank god for this,now since u said they have thrown u out so find out the reason ,if its the company that has removed u then i wil ask u to find out why have they removed u ,for wht reason ......there is nothin abt this that u didnt know before..u must have got an idea abt this thing happening to u atleast some days in advance before they removing u,didnt u ..so wht action did u take...now that this has happened u need to work hard on this ,always in life think this way ,no body thinks of u ,the company thinks of itself and how to develop ,then they hire for some one who will fit in this role,so u also have to think abt urself. nver let ur self down,remmber there is not one company ,but many mnc that are lookin for the growth of thier company ,nobody thinks of u in personal...its the spirit of god that guides u by ur effort ..so ask ur self in deep meditation what can the solution be.......remmber ur action will be the outcome of ur furture ..think positive cause negative thinking will push u back ......and remmber the day has never ended it carrys on for all eternity .....so which day will u prove urself ...time is urs..bye

you need to check if there is any clause written in your appointment letter regarding termination of employee and if yes then u can take it as a proof

i need to understand the whole case , ur present job description , designation , and salary. moreover if the labour court has given written instruction then they need to obey that. , blurb me with full details may be i can guide u on this.
