A user who is registered with IBIBo and also with call for free facitily can only connect with each other.

There is no facitlty of calling people outside the member area.

What you can do it make all of your friends join IBIBO and call for free service. Hence you will be able to call them for free plus you will get an additional mins for talking for every member you included in the IBIBO site.

For example if you include 20 member every month you will get 20 * 3 mins = 60 mins bonus talk time isn't that cool.

Yes you can and its really simple to do so,
1) check on the left column after you log in,
2) click on "call for free" option
3) register your number if u haven't done it
4) dial the number where the option is
5) you will get a call on your number which is registered
6) an add will be going on while you pick up your call
7) then you will be connected to the number mention on your screen
8) now u can talk to the person for 2 mins.
