my frnd 50 lakhs is not enough for 2-3 bhk in a good locality but try finding it on web sites like bricks 99acor etc

to buy a house in bangalore. rather than u can buya house or flat at otskirts of bangalore.i am telling u this coz i am a business man and having granite wholesale and supplying material for builders so is currently going through a stagnation. not many flats are selling nowadays... prices are stagnant and in some places even dropping... so good time to buy if you are really looking for a home to buy and live in
,Regards....in kurla but what place u r expecting it is 1 bhk 2 bhk or wht define that...u can get in mumbai suburb from andheri to dahisar...You can try Kandivili E, Lokhandwala township, neat flats are available Mumbai it is possible to get houses less than 10000 per month .Posh 2BHK in good locality.,Vashi,Nerul etc....assuming u want 1 b.h.k. flat , there are many good places. U can get in marol . J
