to bangalore by surrendering your previous connection. b if you did not had the gas connection ,then you need to have a ration card ,for this you should have the rental agreement or some local address THAT ..YOU NEEDED RATION CARD ONLY TO GET GAS CONNECTION and not for other benifits .its time consuming and you will have to run many times here and there but you will get it for sure .RR...contact Indo Gas
