I think politicians, bolte to hain par kuch karte nahin. Many people say a lot but do nothing, there are very few people who don't say but do. So, Balti woh hain jo kuch karte nahin.

I think our Prime Minister. Dr Manmohan Singh Is a Biggest Balti, He has the post but he neither speaks anything nor does anything, just follows what MADAM Gandhi says(orders).

agar wo kuchh kar nahi paata....to bechara apahich hai.....

no i don't think jo kush bolta nhi or kush kerta nhi then he is a baalti. bcoz jo kush bolta nhi then he is a silent killer not a baalti. and jo kush kerta nhi then he is not lazy or baalti he is a master of doing things through others...................
