Both cannot act to save their lives. They can at most look pretty. And yet somehow, they even spoil that with weird expressions.

In my opinion it would be Rani, as even though Kareena is more beautiful than Rani, but on acting parameters Rani, comes way ahead.

Both are equally good in their own style in the mainstream cinema as far as acting and looks are concerned but if the popularity and gorgeousness is taken into consideration then Kareena is better.
