Well Kalim , why you think like that ?

I think all three Khans would continue their acting careers for a longer period of time.
they are not going to retire soon.

And remember one thing kalakar aate hain jate hain , Kala kabhi nahi marte

We had great actors like Dilip Kumar , Sanjeev Kumar , Dev Anand , Raj Kapoor and many more.
Wo gaye aur phir naye acche kalakar aaye
Aage bhi ye hota rahega.

We will have new bunch of actors ready for future.

Ranbir , Hrithik, Abhishek , are all pretty talented and they will rule Bollywood in coming years.

Well Kalim! I don’t think that these all khans thinking for their retirement, but they understand and nowadays works in second lead role also like Amir Khan in Taare Jameen Par, he also going to direction side. Shahrukh Khan also did his role according to his age and also he is in production. What happens with Salman Khan I don’t know?

Meanwhile Akshay Kumar is strong competitor for all the three khans.

Now lets talk about there replacement, I think another khan Imran Khan is the most competitive and the next perfectionist after Amir Khan, Also Ranveer Kapoor is going to create the magic and Harman Baweja also did his job in Love Story 2050. Another one is Shahid Kapoor is also giving great performance. Hrithik Roshan, Abhishek Bachchan are already stablise them and also they are great.

THERE is no replacement of such great talent like these three great KHANS,there time will come and they will have to quit from lead actor roles,but it does not mean that our indian film industry will lose its charm and will be depriciated,BUT INSTEAD OF THAT NEW TALENT WILL COME WILL THEIR OWN UNIQUE STYLE AND PERSONA AND WILL KEEP THE INDUSTRY MOVING AND ENTERTAINING THE FANS.

I think the imran khan the amir khan nephews and shahid kapoor who both are making stir in bollywood with there act and charm they may take over there position, though there many actors too, but taking over sharukh khan is almost impossible for everyone because he is here to stay for 20 more years.
