i think by the time AAMIR KHAN decides to leave,the INDIAN FILM INDUSTRY will grow and mature a lot.
I think AAMIR has already set an example in the industry and hence now many actors have taken perfection seriously.
nowadays,HRITIK is also coming up as a great PERFECTIONALIST
