Well Kabir, in the anime category (the Japanese Animation) the best and my most favorite Anime would be Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story. Better known as Samurai X in English speaking anime lovers.

This anime had not just the best animation of its time, but the story too was one of the most moving one. About a assassin named Himura Kenshin, formerly known as the "Hitokiri Battōsai" of the Meiji Era, who was not just a name but the best ever swordsman of that Era and remained a legend and unbeaten, but later he leaves his violence days, and grieves for the lives he has taken, and turns himself into a peaceful wanderer and wanders the countryside of Japan offering protection and aid to those in need, as atonement for the murders he once committed as an assassin.

This journey of a manslayer finding peace and retribution was one of the best in Anime industry and still has cult following. And definitely is my best and favorite from Japanese Animation(anime).

My favorite animation movie is "Wall-E" recently released one.

In my opinion it is the best animation movie I have ever seen.

Specially I loved the center character of Robot Wall-E and his GF.

Ghost in the Shell. This is not just an action movie, there is a deep message to it. One person’s search for her own soul and meaning in life. If you like the matrix then you will like this movie. And the art of ANIME which is a speciality of Japan is if superlative Quality

It is ice age the best animation i watche, this movie make us so much curious about saving the world from global warming, in this movie every thing has meaning to human life and teach us aspect of life.
