only mantra he followed is work hard with itelegence@the commitment to the work or in the field he wanted to excel.We know that how easily and well perform the act but we do not know how he hard he works behind the screen.

Well, Aveek I think the biggest Secret Mantra behind success of any one is Hard Work and Passion for his/her work but luck was also another big factor.
I think both factor behind Shahrukh coz He is a great actor and person who did a hard work with passion and always ready to work. You can see his passionate and hard work from his first movie Deewana, Bazigar, Darr etc. But meanwhile LUCK is also worked for him coz he got a stablish and big banner with big director for his first movie like Deewan (Director- Raj Kanwar), Raju Ban Gaya Gentelment(D-Ajij Mirza), Bazigar (Abbas-Mustan), Darr(Yash chopra), DDLG(Aditya Chopra), Dil To Pagal Hai(Yash chopra), Mohhabatein, KKHH, Dil Se, Veer-Jara, Chak De India etc, these are his biggest blockbuster. while Anjaam, Gudgudee,Chahat, Ram Jaane, Duplicate,Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa are the biggest flops movies of Shahrukh Khan, and the main thing to notice is these movies are not of Big Banner and Big Director.
Anyway his Hard work and passion is the main factor behind his success.
