Well Tiara, even though with advancement in science the robotics and artificial intelligence had improved leaps and bounds since their inception days, but its still a way way far behind the mark, where AI could actually mimic any emotions or for that matter such robots be made like shown in Wall E, even though very cute and heart warming but its still all science fiction that is shown in the movie.

In Japan, which at the moment is most ahead of all countries in making life like robots because of their culture, has one of the advanced robots with best AI on earth implored into them, and even they are cheap imitation of mimicking emotions , at best they are able to do is find whether a person is angry or happy or sad by reading their face expression, and their is one that is capable of mimicking anger and sadness via its AI to some extent.

Robots are created by us ....the humans.well the human instructs the robot and as far as emotions are concerned may be technology will progress that far where along with the instuctions we can insert an emotional curcuit that can programs making a robot laugh or cry or may be spred some love and peace message.

Who made the Robots? Are they not nade by men?
Moreover their enitions arecreated by the script witer. If the script writer wants tnem as Two lovers or enenies can't he nake them?

Well , It is a pretty tricky question.

Robots are made my humans for doing some normal stuffs done by normal human being.
However, it would be pretty tough to fill emotions in robots.

Robots are mere machines handled by humans.

It is good to imagine Robots having emotions and falling in love.
But in practical world , it is not possible.
