Well, my friend if you have downloaded the file. and extracted it too, as in rapidshare it is uploaded in distributed format of 100 files each. And 7-8 files makes one file that when combined will give you the actual file having the video.
If you have not downloaded files which in total doesn't come to near to 700 mb, then download the rest of the files.
But, if you have got to the point where you have one file of near to 700mb, then check for the extension of the file, most probably it would be .mpeg, .avi, etc.
Or, it could also be .mkv, if you are not able to play it in conventional players. If that is the case then download vlcplayer by googling vlc player and append rapidshare in the search tag.
And, if there is no extension in the file, then add one from your side preferably .avi, the file will run.
