Nitin, the director of both the movies is -Samuel Marshall who is also known as Sam Raimi.

He was born on Oct 23, 1959. An American Director, producer, writer, and actor too. He is well know for the both trilogy movies he has made Evil Dead and Spider man. He also has done packaging for Ju-on the grudge.
