Yes,parents think that their kids need a mate with whom they can share all their hopes, fear and desire....n to some extent we all long for a mate of the opposite sex. marriage basically makes it legal. i dont know how old u r...but at one point in life things start to look very empty when we are without a mate.....that time comes, believe me.
but if u wish to pursue your career tell your mom...explain to her exactly what u want.

i agree,,, by this it means... that after marriage not only boy and girl get into the relation but the whole family is a part of that relationship and comes along a whole lot of responsibilties.

whether I am agree that marriages is not only between two people but an institution in itself , boy and girl has to survive many responsibilities towards their families also, or can not say that they will survive with each other without ignoring their family. but in todays scinario, we can not hope from couples, they want that their would be should be good enough, baki family members se unhe kya lena dena hai. they do not care of other family members or relatives. so while looking this their attitude it has been changing my mentality towards it.

Yes marriage is an institution. It is not between two people only. When you marry a person, you are attached to several others with different relations with them. You have to share all the responsibilties of the family with others.

yes , i'm agreed with this phrase.....Actually without this marriage has no charm, initially for fe days the couple will be happy... but after some days they need one society to share.....marriage is not only the love bond of two person but also the strong understanding between two family

more than marriage, i feel family as an institution.because in marriage ivolvement is between two people only. but in family itincludes lots of them. their worrie, cares, fun , amusements and teaches a lot..
