see, blood group matters only when wife is -ve and husband +ve, then the disease of "erythroblastosis foetalis" occurs with children.Regarding this disease do a search on internet.Rest you should not worry if wife is +ve of any A,B, AB or O +ve.

See, Hindus match Horoscopes while other communities look for matching of hearts and other qualities. The modern generation seeks AIDS clearance test, before marriage. But no where do people match blood. There is no such need to match blood.
