I will only suggest him plz dont do anything which create problem in marital life. The question is that why he want to have a marrital affair beside his marriage life. If he has a problem with his wife then he can discuss. May be his wife doesnt coperate with his sexual life or there can be so many reasons behind this. What i understood according to the question may be he is not satisfied with his wife but extra marital affair is a worst thing wat he will do.
