The girl very often looks at you and gives a smile. You presume that she has an attraction toward you. That prompts you to propose to the girl. But before that you should confirm her mind. hmm...you have reminded me of a girl whom i liked a lot few years back and the situation was quite similar to yours.she was sales manager where i worked and we use to exchange lot of looks during that time..the communication through eyes continued for few months and i wanted to talk to her,she looked like a reserved kind of person and it made things bit more difficult for me,but suddenly i had to leave for some reasons and could not go back there to initiate a talk,i still miss her...well coming back to your predicament...well..you are in a better position than me..atleast you are already in talks with her even thought its not much,i would advise you to be very patient and keep in touch with her,dont get frustrated and dont expect things to work out in a short time...just be calm and keep talking ... since she is a reserved kind of person she might take time to open up,if you rush you might spoil everything,just go by the flow and force yourself on her,things will turn out well if you are serious about her,i hope you are serious and not trying to satisfy your manly ego by wooing her and then when she becomes involve you will disappear,a lot of guys like to play this hunting game.

Take a firm decision that u r gonna tell ur feelings across to her.now that she smiles……….she might be having some soft corner in her heart to u.but on the other hand u say she s reserved, so do some researching, ask her friends what puts her on and what puts her off.
