A simple reason is not to fall sick and get one of the dangerous sexual transmitted disease. And second is to make sure that sex for fun and passion doesn't turn out the sex of conception and childbirth. OR can you tell me what is the reason behind staying clean, getting fresh food, having a house to live, cloths to wear? or tell me why you don't eat so oily?

The name itself says SAFE....why means ....if someone not taking any precautions before having sex
then definitely he/she get some diseases which directly affects their private parts .......
one example:if u eat some fruits or vegetables without washing it then u r going to get some disease
