Love is a bond or connection between two people that results in trust, intimacy, and an interdependence that enhances both partners.
Love has several meaning with more than one area.

1. Love is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
2. Love is a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.
3. Love is sexual passion or desire.

Love is an element of passion and celestial instinct which comes with us at birth. Gradually it develops in to greater area in a comprehensive way. It becomes a matter of understanding, sharing of feelings and true commitments to each others. Therefore, love does not appear over ground suddenly from the blue. Love grows after knowing each other, sharing each other’s feelings, caring and mutual respect. In fact, there is no established formula to acquire love. Love requires vision and approach towards life. Both should be acceptable to each other. In true love, lover does not expect anything in return, except love.
The important aspect in love is confidence and trust. Trust is most powerful supporting means for love.
True love is noble, selfless, and self-sacrificing.
The love between your father and mother, between husband and wife, between a brother and a sister, between the teacher and a taught, between two friends so on and so forth. Everywhere we call ‘I love you’, ‘you love me’. That is the examples of true love.

Liking, on the other hand, means preference, inclination, or favour. It is pleasure, taste, leaning, inclination, fondness and affection.

There is a very thin line between liking someone and loving someone, but there is certainly a difference.

You tend to like someone when he/she says something nice to you, or maybe that person is really good at something. But you dont know the person that well that you completely trust that person and are probably not even aware of his drawbacks. You just "like" the certain few things about the person...

Love, contrary to this, is when you know the person in and out and are willing to accept the person as it is, wherein you like the person for his good things and are also willing to ignore the person's fallacies and have full faith and trust on the person. That means true love.

Love and relation are the two side of the same coin. Where there is a Love there is a relation and where there is relation there is a Love, both this goes hand in hand.

Liking is the feeling we get on people in some aspects, but if we find anything odd in them, we cant forgive, Love is the feeling ,irrespective of any faults in the person, we like them
