No all days like chocolate day, rose day, kiss day, slap day & friendship day do not fall during the first week of February.
Chocolate day falls on 10th February,
Rose day falls on 12th February,
Kiss day falls on 13th February (but there is a controversy, some observe kiss-day on 28th April,)
Slap day falls on 9th February
Friendship day falls on 11th February every year.
All those days are observed within a week starting from 9th February concluding as Valentine day on 14th February.
