boys are like that only,they are born flirts and they get excited very easily,thats why they even say 'i love you' without really in love with anyone, the line 'i love you' has become cheap and meaningless now by random use of it,it has lost its value now.not just boys even girls use this line without realising the intensity and seriousness of it.most people(boys/girls) use this line most often to impress each other despite knowing that all they want is sex,thats why most cases of love affairs fade away after they have had sex once or several times depending on their sexual appetite.

You need not bother much about such boys who, without knowing you, can utter “I love you” on the first meet.
Because, to have a relation and love, both the boy and the girl should know, understand, care and respect each other intimately. Trust should develop in between the two. And both should be confident on each other. Then only love sustains. Otherwise, those casual boys may be interested either for your photo or a close glimpse once.

Boys will remain boys! Most of them have a visual imagination about the profile looking at photograph and the profile data, while some are eager for the meeting and the high that they get when the lady accepts the proposal. These are momentary happiness a male body goes through due to hormonal reasons.
