I don't think that is the aim. A real aim could be to let the young boys and girls know the scientific process of reproduction. Another function will be to make them aware of the dangers of approaching sexual activities when they are young. They could be also made to realize the changing sexual behaviour in a human's body. So many positives can be taken from this education, but since it has not been implemented fully, it will be too early to gauge its role.
