give her time...... she has been polite with u... so u mix with her as a friends.. be a genuine one... once she gathers her trust on u... she willl express her love to u...till then no more proposing from u... dont question her... but show her how much u care for & respect her.

You proposed to a girl but she refused politiely. You feel she has some personal problem. Then you must not approach her again. She already know that you have proposed her. She knows it well and she will decide herself .Proposign again will not be good. Wait patientley still she show positive to your proposal .

Dont think that she was mentally upset,but she just wanted u as a friend not bf,u may b misunderstanding her,many times girls do this kind of thing when they don't want such kind of r'ship,but u can try further,its upto u,may b she is testing u,but chances r 50-50.
